Project Performance

This station is a 110kV GIS outdoor transformer substation that primarily supplies power to the wet process phase III ONC project. During project implementation, most of the construction personnel were local employees. By implementing a reward mechanism and daily workload subcontracting model, we enhanced attendance rates and work efficiency among local workers, reduced management costs, and completed project performance on time while ensuring quality, setting a benchmark for localized construction that is worth promoting.
